
Chair Yoga with Katera

| $20This class is for anyone who wants to try Yoga but is limited getting up and down from the floor. We use a chair to support the body both sitting and standing. Inspired by Yoga, Pilates and functional movement practices, this is the perfect class to help maintain (or even build) flexibility; gain confidence in standing balance; maintain muscle mass; support bone health; and, have fun and connect with other community members! This class is accessible to all!
