When the heat of the summer fades and the slow days of autumn settle in\, it’s time for us to reflect on the fruits of the season of our lives and offer gratitude. Led by Janice & Jordan\, these special gatherings give us a chance to connect and share with community\, to open our hearts\, lift our spirits and practice mindful rituals. We drum & rattle\, sing & dance\, reflect and meditate. The event will be intuitively guided\, and all are encouraged to participate. \nBring a drum and/or rattle if you have one. DESCRIPTION:Join Jordan & Janice\, from 10:00am to 11:30am for a special gathering to celebrate the winter solstice. Together\, we will welcome the season with a drumming circle and ceremony. \nWe invite you to bring a blanket\, a drum or rattle\, a water bottle and anything that will support your own comfort and enjoyment. A brief portion of this event will be outdoors – please dress appropriately! \nThe circle opens and closes promptly on time\, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to use the facilities. \nWe kindly ask you to turn your cell phones off for this event. \nRegistration is required for this event. Donations (monetary or non-perishable items) will be collected for the Kingsville Food Bank. \nWe cannot wait to raise our spirits with you!

DESCRIPTION:Gather in this communal celebration of the turning of seasons and the observance of the Spring Equinox. Spring is such a magical time of renewal\, growth and the transition of energy that rises up inside of all of us! In this celebration\, we reflect consciously on what this transition means for each of us\, and we learn how to move in harmony with the natural world around us. \nThis donation-based event involves drumming\, meditation\, reflection\, shamanic journeying\, offerings to our helping spirits and communal sharing. A portion of this event might be outside\, weather permitting\, so please dress in layers. Bring your own drum or rattle. Notebooks & pens are recommended. Tea and water\, yoga mats\, cushions and blankets will be available. \nAll proceeds of this event go to the tree planting efforts of ERCA in our southwestern region of Ontario.
