DESCRIPTION:In this practice we go inward. We allow stillness and silence to\ncreate space in our bodies and in our minds. In this class we will hold poses or shapes for a period of time with or without the assistance of props to support. In this class we go deep and work the Yin tissues \, the ligaments\, joints \, deep fascial networks (connective tissue) and bones. You will be offered cues to get into the shapes and maybe a word here and there but the Silence is the most beautiful part of this Yin class. This is where the magic happens. I mind the time so you are free to just allow.\nRelax\, Nourish and Rejuvenate.
