Inspired by Yoga\, Pilates and functional movement practices\, this is the perfect class to help maintain (or even build) flexibility; gain confidence in standing balance; maintain muscle mass; support bone health; and\, have fun and connect with other community members! You will learn how through awareness you can walk with more ease. We will explore exercises and meditations that can be interspersed throughout your walks to make walking more enjoyable and give just the right amount of challenge. \nCreate a living \, breathing\, meditative way to exercise and support your self from the ground up.\nWeather permitting we will be outside on the grounds of the beautiful Estate of health. The studio space will be available as well.\nWe will have everything you will need just bring yourself\, your questions. Dress in layers.

DESCRIPTION:Designed for all levels\, this practice invites you to unwind\, connect with your breath\, and move mindfully through a series of gentle poses.\nLed by our experienced instructor\, each session begins with centering and grounding techniques to calm the mind and release tension from the body. You’ll gradually transition through a sequence of poses that are synchronized with deep\, intentional breathing. Emphasis is placed on alignment\, awareness\, and the seamless flow between movements.\nThroughout the class\, you will have opportunities to modify poses to suit your individual needs\, making it accessible for everyone\, regardless of experience or flexibility.
