The rhythm of the drum leads the practitioner into an altered state of consciousness so that they may explore the spirit realm\, known as “Otherworld” or “Non-Ordinary Reality.” \nThis circle is open to anyone who wishes to explore this practice with guidance\, and no experience is necessary. This is a free\, on-going event however\, donations are welcome. \nPlease have an eye covering\, journal & pen\, and wear comfortable clothing. \nOur ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. \nWe look forward to journeying with you! \nRegistration is required – limited space available.

It becomes a form of Yoga— ‘yoking to oneness’—and a meditative practice that invites us to be fully present in each moment. Along the way\, it offers many health benefits\, including reduced stress\, improved focus\, and enhanced feelings of well-being. \nThis workshop is a gentle invitation back to yourself—a path of self-discovery where you’ll reconnect with who you truly are. \nTogether\, through playful exploration\, we’ll use a variety of materials\, techniques\, prompts\, and inspirations to explore your unique visual language and creative self-expression.
