DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of community and connection through Circle Dancing. Rooted in ancient traditions from around the world\, this practice brings people together to celebrate\, reflect\, and heal. Dancing in a circle fosters unity and support\, with movements that range from joyful to meditative\, offering a unique way to process emotions and nurture the spirit. No prior experience is necessary\, as all dances will be taught before they begin. \nThe session will include an energetic first half\, a short break\, and a more meditative second half. Hand-holding is optional\, with alternatives like gloves or scarves to ensure comfort for everyone. Dancers are encouraged to dress for freedom of movement\, and barefoot dancing is welcome. Let’s take a step towards mending the rifts in the world by dancing together.
