Fireside Yoga with Steph

This class is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your body in a calm and comforting atmosphere. Soft lighting, warm ambience, and grounded sequencing create a space that feels both restorative and rejuvenating. Whether you’re new to yoga or simply seeking a peaceful reset, this fireside practice offers a serene pause from the busyness of everyday life—inviting warmth, ease, and quiet presence into your evening.
Class will run Wednesday evenings at Estate of Health from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
