Compassionate whole person therapy
Counselling can help you manage and even overcome troubling symptoms or conditions which can lead to an improved state of mental and emotional balance, increasing well-being and allowing deep healing. Our practitioners use a holistic approach including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, guided self-discovery, and mindfulness techniques for whole-person therapy. Each client is unique, and their story is heard when they are ready to share. Therapy can take a few sessions or it can be on-going until the client and practitioner both feel that there has been positive change and the daily struggles are much more manageable or resolved. The goal of psychotherapy depends on the needs of each client, and the desired result of treatment is to help them achieve a greater sense of self awareness while being more prepared to manage difficult situations with healthy tools for self regulation.
