Yoga Nidra (30 min)

| $10Yoga Nidra is a subtle yoga practice to help down regulate the nervous system and improve relaxation and sleep. In this 30 minute session you will be guided through stages of relaxation and awareness to let go of the physical tension and quiet the thinking mind.
This special class is offered as part of a 4-week series. Students can participate in individual sessions if desired.
