Explore your connection to breath in a deeper, more conscious way with breathwork practitioner and functional breathing coach, Val Binder. This guided group session introduces participants to safe, supported breathwork, bodywork and energywork. These sessions are geared towards resetting the breath, recognising stored tension in the body, release and co – regulation.

Conscious Connected Breathing sessions are calm, guided, and responsive. Val pays close attention to breath, body cues, and nervous system responses so that you feel supported throughout the process. We work at a pace that allows your system to soften, release, and settle naturally. Sessions are paced in a way that helps participants feel safe in their body, even when emotions or tension arise. Many share that they feel deeply guided without being pushed, and that the space feels calm, steady, and respectful of their nervous system. It’s common for people to leave feeling more settled, connected, and able to breathe with ease.

Group breathwork may be supportive if you:

  • Feel stressed, tense, or overstimulated
  • Struggle to fully relax on your own
  • Want nervous system support without one-on-one intensity
  • Are curious about breathwork but want a gentle entry point
  • Want to feel regulated and grounded in community

These sessions are designed to meet a wide range of nervous systems, not push people past their limits. Nothing is forced. You’re encouraged to listen to your body throughout.
