The Inner Wild
February 6, 2027 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
| $30The Inner Wild is a nourishing embodied movement experience that invites you to reconnect with yourself through gentle guided exploration, breath and sensation. It is a way of sensing, listening and moving through the world where body, heart, mind and spirit speak at once.
Through Ayla’s creative direction, you are supported to move in ways that feel natural and intuitive, allowing self-expression to arise through the body. You are invited to listen inwardly, follow your own pace and notice what your body needs in each moment, held within a calm and supportive environment.
A spacious field of time is held throughout, guiding you to soften, unwind and arrive more fully into presence, with optional sharing in circle and gentle reflection woven into the experience. This practice draws from both Indigenous and non-Indigenous knowledge systems, including symbolic orientation, elemental and directional frameworks, imagery and circle-based practices that support embodied gathering.
An invitation into breath, sensation and shared presence, this is an open, accessible practice for all levels with no dance experience necessary. It offers a gentle, meaningful space to return to the body and come home to The Inner Wild.
