I come from a family of five siblings (including myself). I have 3 sisters and one brother. We lived mainly in the country and my father and mother always tried to instill a sense of hard work, friendliness, and a thirst to try new things. I am a mother of three, and my eldest son works as a baker in Courtland.

Thanks to my upbringing, I’ve always liked working with people, playing a helping role and supporting others as they need it. I started working at Community Living in 1989. It gave me a chance to try helping others in many different ways, and led to me becoming an RNA, then to start training as a PSW.

My passion kicked in at least a decade ago, when I became interested in foot reflexology. I was fascinated by how one small spot on the foot could affect a larger area on the body. I started seriously studying reflexology, and that led me to refine my skills in Reiki 1 and 2, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Chakra Balancing. I often use Crystals as a medium.
I haven’t stopped learning or lost any of my drive to help people through healing. I hope you’ll join me as I continue on my path. I look forward to our shared journey together.
