Whether you are new to yoga, returning to practice after a long hiatus, or a seasoned “yogi”, we have different levels and styles of classes for everyone. Take time out of your day to reconnect with you!

Click on the button below to view our Class Calendar. On the main page, or on the individual class description pages, simply click on “BOOK A CLASS” to reserve your spot online. We offer classes Tuesday – Saturday from 9:30 am – 7:30 pm.

Arrival –Upon arrival we invite you to enjoy a light refreshment and ask you to turn off or silence all cell-phones and pagers. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment, If you arrive late your appointment will be limited to the time allocated for the convenience of the next scheduled guest.

Health Forms – Guests may be asked to complete a health form to enable our therapists to tailor treatments to your individual needs. Please advise of any health conditions at the time or booking, and note that some treatments are not
recommended for expectant mothers.

Insurance Receipts – Receipts are provided with each Therapeutic Massage session but some restrictions apply. Insurance receipts cannot be issued for services if paid for by a gift card. Please check with your employer or heath care benefits for your eligible coverage.

Cancellations – Spa services are reserved especially for you. Please give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your treatment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled treatment will be charged 50% of cost to the credit card on file. Same day cancellations and no show appointments will be charged 100% of cost to the credit card on file.

Tipping – Gratuities are not included in our prices, but are always appreciated for exceptional service.
