Sue Kozar

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me.

I am very passionate about my life. My work, my family, my contribution to my community and making a difference even if its a small one. I came to teach Pilates through my own injury. I couldn’t believe how much it improved my own life. I was absolutely hooked 2 weeks into my treatment and knew I needed to share and learn more.

My “work” life has been Full and rewarding. It is where I find Peace and a sense of purpose. I am retired from a lengthy career as A Registered massage Therapist. Teaching Movement began as a natural compliment to the Massage Treatments and blossomed into a second career. The Connection I make with others made it and an easy decision to open up my life to teach Pilates and add Yoga Training to my “tool” box in order to offer people a complete movement experience. I feel such gratitude that this can be my “retired life”. Creating classes that allow others to realize their own true potential. It is infinite. I also enjoy the Continuing Education aspect of being a Movement teacher. I’m always reading a book or taking a workshop.

My “home’ Life has been more than I ever thought it could be. I am a Mom to 2 boys 17 and 20 whom I raise with my Husband, Derek and I am a Dog Mom to a dog named Auggie (he’s my favourite, don’t tell the others). Sports and a Love for nature has made for amazing travel opportunities and trips as a family. The time has gone by so fast.

I enjoy my own Practice of Pilates, Yoga and running and move whenever I get the chance. This makes me a better teacher. I believe we can all achieve great things. I am honoured to be Teaching at Estate of Health.

See you in class!
