About our Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
Estate of Health requires that you put a credit card on file to reserve your appointments. In the event of a late cancellation (within 48 hours prior to the appointment) the card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. In the event of a same-day cancellation (within 24 hours prior to the appointment) the card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee. Credit cards are kept on your account unless written request to remove is provided.
