In today’s world, pain and tension from everyday activities (such as sitting at a desk, spending time on a Smartphone, or doing chores) is becoming more and more common. Back Health 101 seeks to prevent this by utiliting a series of stretching and strengthening exercises, breathing techniques and balance to correct back pain and weakness. This class will challenge you to develop good form in every daily action, helping you to enjoy more activities, build confidence, and live life to the fullest.
