This practice explores mindful movement in connection to the breath, body, emotions and energy. Jordan guides the group through Hatha yoga poses in a flow-style that is accessible to all levels. We begin by centering ourselves with the breath and mindfulness, then warm up the body and build heat, reaching the peak of our practice, followed by calming poses and savasana. This practice encourages you to take your focus within to discover more about your whole self.
