Pilates and Yoga together! What could be better.
With Mindful awareness , this all levels class will build a foundation to support the Classic exercises of Joseph Pilates to develop and strengthen the Deep Core Muscles. As we create a strong center the result is improved posture, balance, flexibility and a new found overall strength. The class will be interspersed with yoga postures that compliment and meditation and relaxation techniques to help you let go and wind down from a busy day or if you are just getting started your mind will be clear to do so.
