Aromatherapy 101

Join Aromatherapist Lindsey Ecker for this aromatic hands on workshop. In this workshop, Lindsey with teach you how aromatherapy works and the basics of staying safe when using oils as well as key oils/blends for certain physical and emotional supports. Participants will be introduced to muscle testing and intuitive blending techniques! Each participant will take home their own unique blend.
