Estate of Health is nestled into a quiet neighbourhood just a short walk away from the town centre of Kingsville, Ontario. We are roughly 40 minutes away from the border city of Windsor, 15 minutes from Leamington, and 4 hours from Toronto. There are many modes of transportation that can help you arrive to Estate of Health, where you can slow down and relax.

Getting around Kingsville by foot or bicycle is very easy to do. If you live or are staying locally, we encourage you to get some fresh air and take in the charming sights of Kingsville by foot or bike. We are happy to accommodate bicycle parking with our bike racks, and we rent out bicycles for the day as well! You can use this map of the town centre to help you get around.

From the United States
The easiest route to follow is from The Ambassador Bridge. If you are coming from Detroit Metropolitan airport, follow signs for I-94 East. Take I-94 East, then take exit 213B for I-96 toward Bridge to Canada. Follow signs for I-96 E and merge onto the highway. Take exit 192B for Ambassador Bridge, and keep right to continue to Ambassador Bridge.
From Ambassador Bridge continue straight on Huron Church, then take a slight right onto ON 401. Take exit 10 to merge onto HWY 3, then take the second exit on the round about to stay on ON-3. Continue straight until you reach Division Road. Turn right on Division Road, and continue straight to the center of Kingsville. Two streets south of Main Street is Mill Street. Turn right and continue for two blocks until you see the stone wall on the left-hand side. Our driveway entrance is on Laurel Street. Take a deep breath in, and exhale. You’ve arrived!
Roughly 45 minutes.
From Windsor
The easiest way is to use ON-3 all the way to Kingsville. The 401, Howard Road, Walker Road and Manning Road all meet ON-3 if you follow them south. Turn left to take ON-3 East, and continue straight until you reach Division Road. Turn right on Division Road, and continue straight to the center of Kingsville. Two streets south of Main Street is Mill Street. Turn right and continue for two blocks until you see the stone wall on the left-hand side. Our driveway entrance is on Laurel Street. Take a deep breath in, and exhale. You’ve arrived!

From Leamington
Head West on Seacliffe Drive until you reach the town centre of Kingsville. Turn left on Division Road and continue for two blocks. Turn right on Mill Street and continue for two blocks until you see the stone wall on the left-hand side. Our driveway entrance is on Laurel Street. Take a deep breath in, and exhale. You’ve arrived!
Roughly 15 minutes.
From Chatham
London, Toronto or further East, take the 401 West. Take the exit 34 for Belle River Road. Turn left, and follow Belle River Road to ON-3 East. Turn left on ON-3 East, and continue straight until you reach Division Road. Turn right on Division Road, and continue straight to the center of Kingsville. Two streets south of Main Street is Mill Street. Turn right and continue for two blocks until you see the stone wall on the left-hand side. Our driveway entrance is on Laurel Street. The LTW (Leamington to Windsor) bus stops in Kingsville, at the Kingsville Arena three times per day from Monday – Saturday. Bus fare & fees are included on their site. Ticket transfer from Windsor Transit buses to LTW buses is free! You can check out the map and schedule here.
If you are taking the bus from Chatham, London, or Toronto, all bus routes will take you to Windsor. From there you can transfer to the LTW line and get off in Kingsville.
A pick-up or drop off at the Kingsville Arena may be arranged depending on availability. Be sure to call ahead to ask to arrange a pick-up/drop off.
If you are coming from Chatham, ON or further east, we recommend that you take the train to Windsor, then bus to Kingsville, or arrange for a pick-up. Via Rail is the only operating passenger train line in Southern Ontario, so you can find the best route for your trip here. Please refer to our Bus section if you plan to transfer to a bus route into Kingsville. If you wish to arrange for a pick up from Kingsville Arena or from the Windsor bus terminal, please call us ahead of your visit. Another wonderful way to get to Kingsville is by boat! Located on Lake Erie, Kingsville is a lakeside destination spot for those coming from Ohio, Michigan, Windsor, Amherstburg, Leamington or even Pelee Island! There are two ways to arrive by boat. From Leamington or Pelee Island, you can take the Jiimaan or the Pelee Islander. If you want to check out the ferry schedule, click here.

You may enjoy a long stroll to Estate of Health from the ferry. The walk takes about 25 minutes at a leisurely pace. From the Cedar Island Marina you will need to arrange a ride to Estate of Health, or ride your bicycle for roughly 15 minutes. Please see By Car for more information.
