Join Stephenie on the Full Moon to reflect on the stage you’re at in your life, and realign yourself with your internal compass. This practice will include journaling exercises to help you connect more deeply with your inner source of wisdom, to gain insight about the significance of what you’re personally going through right now, and discover the path forward that serves your highest purpose. This will be integrated into a restorative yoga practice to release physical, emotional and energetic blocks; allow the mind and body to rest and restore.
