Anna Matheson is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, holistic health coach, and yoga teacher with a focus on mindfulness, self-care, and women’s health. She is passionate about guiding others toward balance and inner harmony.
In her Hatha flow-style yoga classes, Anna emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, fostering mindfulness, grounding, and alignment. As a breathwork facilitator, she supports clients in releasing stress and cultivating peace through gentle movement, deep breathing, and self-compassion. Her approach to holistic health coaching focuses on nurturing body, mind, and spirit through mindfulness, healthy habits, and self-care.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys yoga, experimenting with healthy recipes, and exploring new cultures. She values meaningful connections and learning from others.
