The Estate of Health offers a variety of holistic wellness treatments from facials, body wraps and scrubs, massage therapy, reiki and more. Treatments are available from 9 am to 8 pm. Hydrotherapy Spa
Enjoy access to the heated salt water pool, hot tub, cold plunge, salt scrub, relaxation lounges and more! Book a treatment during your visit and receive $10 off the Day Spa Pass!

Spa Night
Indulge in the quiet luxury of our spa after dark. Every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evening.

Lockers, Robes and towels will be provided during your visit! Spaces are limited, please book in advance. Please note check in is between 6:00-6:30pm.
Lounge Nights
Enjoy a relaxed, social atmosphere for you and your friends on Thursdays for Lounge Nights at the spa afterhours. The evening is yours to connect and unwind.

Yoga & Special Events
Our talented team of yoga teachers, meditation guides and workshop facilitators welcome you to take time out of your day to realign and find your rhythm. There’s a class for every-body and our special events are sure to elevate your mind & spirit!

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask that you honour the time of our team. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
Estate of Health requires that you put a credit card on file to reserve your appointments and events. In the event of a late cancellation (within 48 hours prior to the appointment) the card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. In the event of a same-day cancellation (within 24 hours prior to the appointment) the card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee. Credit cards are kept on your account unless written request to remove is provided.
*Please note that our Day Spa, Spa Nights, and Lounge Nights operate rain, snow or shine, and are designed to be enjoyed in all weather conditions. As such, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made outside of our 48-hour cancellation window. In the rare event that we experience extreme weather conditions where enjoyment of our amenities is deemed unsafe, guests will be issued a credit note to use toward a future visit.

Spa Etiquette
Arrival –Upon arrival we invite you to enjoy a light refreshment and ask you to turn off or silence all cell-phones and pagers. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment, If you arrive late your appointment will be limited to the time allocated for the convenience of the next scheduled guest.
Health Forms – Guests may be asked to complete a health form to enable our therapists to tailor treatments to your individual needs. Please advise of any health conditions at the time or booking, and note that some treatments are not
recommended for expectant mothers.
Insurance Receipts – Receipts are provided with each Therapeutic Massage session but some restrictions apply. Insurance receipts cannot be issued for services if paid for by a gift card. Please check with your employer or heath care benefits for your eligible coverage.
Tipping – Gratuities are not included in our prices, but are always appreciated for exceptional service.
