Focusing Training with Barb Harwood
April 26 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
| $150Would you like to gain clarity and resolution on complex or vague issues in your life?
Focusing is a gentle yet powerful process that helps you access inner wisdom and discover solutions from within your own body. In this immersive 8-hour, 2-day training, you will explore the fundamentals of Focusing and begin applying this practice to deepen self-awareness, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful change.
Through guided exercises and hands-on practice, you will learn how to use Focusing for decision-making, understanding physical symptoms, breaking through mental blocks, and gaining insight into interpersonal dynamics and negative thought patterns. This process fosters greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience in everyday life.
In this workshop, you will learn to both practice Focusing and support others in their journey. Part 1 (April 26, 1:00 – 5:00 PM) will introduce you to the core principles of Focusing, while Part 2 (April 27, 1:00 – 5:00 PM) will teach you how to be a Focusing partner in an equal, supportive exchange.
The weekend includes bio breaks, complimentary tea, and the opportunity to join a Focusing network for ongoing connection and practice.
Barb Harwood will continue to support you as you develop your skills and explore deeper realms of the psyche.
Dress comfortably, bring warm socks or slippers, and an eye cover for relaxation. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, emotional clarity, or a lifelong tool for self-discovery, this workshop offers a transformative experience.
