Join us for an insightful health workshop focused on perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging. This session led by Cristina Pearce, ND is designed to help women understand some of the changes that can occur during midlife, while offering practical, evidence-based strategies to support hormone balance, bone health, heart health, and overall wellbeing. This workshop provides a supportive space to learn, ask questions, and feel empowered to age with confidence, vitality, and strength.

What to Expect:

Review of Hormones (i.e. what they are and how they change with age)
Discussion on hormone replacement therapy
Strategies for healthy aging
Myth vs. Fact
Question & Answer

Join our Restorative Mindful Movement to strengthen your body-mind connection, cultivate mindfulness, and support those struggling with mental health challenges.
