🌿 Meet Paul Muegge, Registered Massage Therapist at Estate of Health! 🌿

After 25 years as a tradesman, Paul embarked on a new path during the pandemic, becoming an RMT in 2023. Having experienced firsthand the transformative power of massage, he now strives to offer that same relief and renewal to others.

As Paul puts it:

✨ “I would walk into the clinic a broken man and emerge feeling 10 years younger, and I want to provide that fountain of youth for others now.” ✨

Paul specializes in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial techniques, Hot Stones, and Indian Head Massage.

For those who prefer to stay clothed during their session, he also offers Thai Table Massage, incorporating stretching, kneading, and breathwork for deep relaxation.

Join us on Thursday, March 28, from 5:30 pm – 7:30pm for an evening of movement, connection, and healing through Circle Dancing.

Rooted in ancient traditions, this practice brings people together in unity - celebrating, reflecting, and restoring balance through dance. 💃🕊️

No experience needed! Each dance will be taught before we begin.

The session will include an energetic first half, a short break, and a meditative second half.

Hand-holding is optional, with alternatives available for comfort.

Come as you are, dress for ease of movement, and dance barefoot if you wish.

From marathon running to triathlons, Gloria has always been active, but it was yoga that helped her truly work in rather than just work out.

After 20 years as a business owner in the fast-paced salon industry, she found deep peace and clarity through yoga—and now she shares that gift with others.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher, Y12SR Instructor, Certified Breath Coach, and Antigravity Fitness/Restorative Teacher, Gloria guides her students with breath, movement, and mindfulness, helping them connect to their bodies, release what no longer serves them, and discover their inner strength.
