This class encourages mindful breath & movement with the support of a chair. It includes seated and/or standing postures that are adapted from typical yoga classes to provide more accessibility for all of our guests. Sure to help you build heat in the body, power yoga focuses on movements which help improve cardiovascular output, physical fitness & muscle tone along with mindfulness about body positions. This practice can help to improve mental, internal, and external stability.

This practice explores mindful movement in sync with the breath, and invites you to bring curiosity into your yoga. Jordan guides the group through Hatha yoga poses with a Vinyasa style and encourages you to take your focus within to discover more about your body, mind, emotions and energy.

Join Jordan for this meditation class where we incorporate various methods of meditation, breathwork and mantra, and enjoy the therapeutic resonance of the gong. Classes will begin with a brief intro to the day's meditation, followed by group meditation and savasana with the accompaniment of the gong. All are welcome, no experience is required.
