It includes seated and/or standing postures that are adapted from typical yoga classes to provide more accessibility for all of our guests. Join Jordan for this meditation class where we incorporate various methods of meditation, breathwork and mantra, and enjoy the therapeutic resonance of the gong. Classes will begin with a brief intro to the day’s meditation, followed by group meditation and savasana with the accompaniment of the gong. All are welcome, no experience is required.

This practice explores mindful movement in sync with the breath, and invites you to bring curiosity into your yoga. Jordan guides the group through Hatha yoga poses with a Vinyasa style and encourages you to take your focus within to discover more about your body, mind, emotions and energy.
