• Slippers or Sandals– Outdoor shoes must be removed upon entering Estate of Health. We are striving to preserve our floors which are over a century and a half old, and reduce noise. You are welcome to bring your own slippers or sandals while you visit.

• Water bottle– It is very important to stay hydrated while you are using the hot tub and/or sauna. Water refill stations will be available, and bottles may be purchased in the Boutique if you forget yours.

• Wallet– If you would like to purchase a snack, one of our locally sourced Boutique gifts, Gift Certificate for someone you love, and of course pay for your Spa Day.

• Don’t forget your bathing suit!

Please check in at our Reception desk (in the Gift Shop) when you arrive for your Day Spa.

You will be provided an intake form to be completed and assigned a locker. Once you have locked up your belongings and changed into your swim suit and bathrobe, you are free to either sit in the Treatment Waiting Room if you are beginning with a treatment, or head outside to enjoy the Day Spa areas.

Lunches, Smoothies & Chocolate Desserts are available for the same day as your Day Spa! They are healthy, locally sourced, delicious and provided by Green Heart Catering. CLICK HERE to find our menu & email order your order to info@estateofhealth.ca at least 48hrs prior to your Spa Day.

Healthy light snacks are available for purchase on-site, as we do not permit outside food or drink.

On Thursday nights our Spa re-opens from 6:00 pm till 9:00 pm, inviting a more social vibe while you unwind. Chill music surrounds you and your friends as you explore the hydrotherapy and thermotherapy amenities. Join us for Live Music (dates TBD)!

Single Treatment

If you would like to just add on 1 holistic Treatment to your Spa Day, review our Treatments and give us a call or email, along with your preferred spa day. There are limited spots, be sure to book in advance.

The Day Spa is $10 Discount when used on the same day as Treatment!

You are also welcome to partake in a yoga class during your spa day!
There are different styles of yoga classes to suit everyone from the beginner to the expert yogi.

Silence can be golden. All of our Day Spa areas are Silent or Whisper Zones. You are encouraged to ‘unplug’ from your mobile devices and leave them in your locker while you are visiting the Day Spa. If you choose to take them with you, please ensure your devices are on silent to not disturb anyone, or the treatments going on.

During the case of severe weather and lightening, our guests will be asked to come inside the main building to ensure your safety, until the inclement weather passes. On light rain and snowy days, all spa facilities are still fully usable.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask that you honour the time of our team. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.

Estate of Health requires that you put a credit card on file to reserve your appointments and events. In the event of a late cancellation (within 48 hours prior to the appointment) the card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. In the event of a same-day cancellation (within 24 hours prior to the appointment) the card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee. Credit cards are kept on your account unless written request to remove is provided.

*Please note that our Day Spa, Spa Nights, and Lounge Nights operate rain, snow or shine, and are designed to be enjoyed in all weather conditions. As such, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made outside of our 48-hour cancellation window. In the rare event that we experience extreme weather conditions where enjoyment of our amenities is deemed unsafe, guests will be issued a credit note to use toward a future visit.
