Let’s explore this ancient yoga practice with a deep dive into a kriya for a 40 days! Kundalini Yoga is a powerful holistic practice that supports physical well being, mental health and energetic balance. It is most effective when practiced consistently over several days. Traditionally, one kriya or yoga sequence would be practiced for up to 40 days to promote profound effects! Now, you can discover the powers of this practice for yourself, with the guidance of long time practitioner, Jordan Scott, and the support of a community.

In-person classes are once a week for 90 minutes. At home practice is encouraged for 40 days in a row. Each week, Jordan discusses the benefits, techniques, theory and effects of the kriya, and welcomes discussion from the group as we explore this practice together.

Students must attend each class in the series. No experience is required.
