Designed for all levels, this practice invites you to unwind, connect with your breath, and move mindfully through a series of gentle poses.

Led by our experienced instructor, each session begins with centering and grounding techniques to calm the mind and release tension from the body. You’ll gradually transition through a sequence of poses that are synchronized with deep, intentional breathing. Emphasis is placed on alignment, awareness, and the seamless flow between movements.

Throughout the class, you will have opportunities to modify poses to suit your individual needs, making it accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility.
