Earth Week

Join us as we celebrate Earth Week April 18th – April 24th.

The Estate of Health will be hosting and sharing a variety of virtual workshops and information sessions about giving back to our wonderful Planet. Each Day we will be sharing tips and tools on how you can do your part for this important movement. Donations for the Essex Region Conservation Foundation will be collected throughout the week and for all events!

Sunday

10:00am – Virtual Tree Planting Workshop – Join Jordan on Facebook Live, as she guides you on how to properly plant your trees! 

11:00am – Forest Bathing – Leave your mental chatter behind and step into the present moment as Patty guides you in opening your senses to natures rhythms. This will be an audio recording that you can take with you as you explore nature in your own backyard! 

1:30pm – Virtual Composting Tutorial – Curious about composting, but not sure where to begin? Join Jordan from Estate of Health and Michael from EarthCo Composting, as they guide you through all the steps necessary to start your composting journey. Sign up and a link will be sent to you through ZOOM 

3:30 – Join Janice on Facebook live for a Qigong Class to help harmonize, strengthen, and heal the body!

All Day Sunday –  Doorstep Tree Giveaway – Swing by the Main Entrance at Estate of health and pick-up a Sugar Maple harvested right here at Estate of Health – Donate what you can!

Closed – Get outside and enjoy a walk in nature! 

Tuesday

7:00pm – Virtual Shamanic Journey for Earth Connection – Join Jordan for this Journey as she guides us to reconnect with our ancient and healing spirits. Call to sign up 519-712-8838, a ZOOM link will be emailed. 

Wednesday

ALL DAY – Trash Pick-Up Challenge 

Head outside by yourself or gather your family as you go out to explore nature and help clean up the Earth. Take a picture and tag #estateofhealth and you will be entered to win a FREE 60 minute Relaxation Massage!

3:00pm – 6:00pm – Book your Divination Card Reading with Jordan (mini sessions 20 minutes per person).  Gain access to the information you need and receive guidance so you can move forward with clarity & confidence. 11:30am – Virtual Herbs in your window tutorial – Join Jordan as she teaches us how to set up our at home herb gardens. This event will be live streamed on Facebook!

2:00pm – At home Reiki share for the Earth – Join the collective from the comfort of your own home as we send positive and healing energy to our planet Earth.
