Tap into the healing power of creativity with Art Making from the Heart—a two-part workshop designed to help you begin, deepen, or rekindle a daily art practice that nourishes the soul.

Art making, when practiced consistently, can be a powerful path of personal transformation. It becomes a form of Yoga— ‘yoking to oneness’—and a meditative practice that invites us to be fully present in each moment. Along the way, it offers many health benefits, including reduced stress, improved focus, and enhanced feelings of well-being.

This workshop is a gentle invitation back to yourself—a path of self-discovery where you’ll reconnect with who you truly are.

Together, through playful exploration, we’ll use a variety of materials, techniques, prompts, and inspirations to explore your unique visual language and creative self-expression. You’ll be encouraged to let go of perfection, focus on the process rather than the product, and rediscover the child-like wonder, playfulness, and delight that creativity brings.

Whether you’re just beginning or re-igniting your art practice, these sessions will help you build confidence, nurture curiosity, and cultivate dedication to your creative path. No prior art experience or education is needed. You are already an artist.

By clicking on the link under “Book this Class” you will register for Part One. To register for Part Two, jump ahead in the schedule to September 27th and select that event.

Part Two builds on the foundation of Part One, but workshops can be done independently if unable to sign up for both.

Spots are limited and registration is required.

“Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.” – Pablo Picasso
