An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until December 17, 2024
This class encourages mindful breath & movement with the support of a chair. It includes seated and/or standing postures that are adapted from typical yoga classes to provide more accessibility for all of our guests. This class will be offered indoors or outdoors weather permitting. Pre-registration required.
