An exploration of cacao and dance…

Join us for a conscious connection to the heart through sacred plant medicine & ecstatic dance with Sheila Goodfellow & Jordan Scott. This event will include meditation and the creation of intention, the ceremonial drinking of cacao, gentle guided movement, soothing sounds and dance. We invite you to open your hearts, connect with your inner landscape and move intuitively, allowing energy to shift and flow. 

Please come wearing comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. Bring a water bottle, and perhaps a journal if you feel called to. We typically move in bare feet, but you are welcome to bring slippers if that is more comfortable for you. Cacao can be quite filling, so we recommend only eating a light meal before this gathering. The consumption of cacao may not be right for everyone, as there are some contraindications (ex. with antidepressants). If you are unsure whether it is right for you, please consult your health care professional prior to partaking.

We value this offering at $60 as this covers facility expenses and practitioner fees. However we offer a couple of sliding scale options for those experiencing financial hardship that would like to participate, but cannot currently afford the standard rate. The rates are as follows:

Tier 1: $60.00 + HST

Tier 2: $45.00 + HST

Tier 3: $30.00 + HST
