Join us for a free-form dance experience designed to inspire self-expression and mindfulness. Ecstatic Dance is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can move intuitively to a diverse, uplifting playlist.

The evening begins with an opening circle and short guided movement, followed by free dance, and ends with relaxation and a closing circle.

Guidelines:

  1. Bare feet are encouraged (socks are okay).
  2. No talking or phone use during the dance.

This transformative practice can help you release stress, process emotions, and foster mindfulness while celebrating the joy of movement. Whether you’re new to Ecstatic Dance or a seasoned dancer, all are welcome.
