This guided experience takes you deep into the present moment, allowing you to leave your mental chatter aside and dive into your senses. The trees, plants, animals and elements expand your awareness, bringing you closer to nature and your own spirit. Forest Bathing has been shown to reduce stress levels, lower blood pressure, relieve depression & anxiety and may increase intuition, empathy, feelings of connection & well-being.

These sessions are open to any that feel called to come, slow down and tune in with nature. Dress in layers for the weather, as you will be moving slowly outdoors.
