In today’s world, pain and tension from everyday activities (such as sitting at a desk, spending time on a Smartphone, or doing chores) is becoming more and more common. Foundation Training seeks to prevent this by using a whole-body approach to correct imbalances in posture, breathing, balance, coordination, and overall movement. This class will challenge you to develop good form in every daily action, helping you to enjoy more activities, build confidence, and live life to the fullest.
