This guided meditation is the first of a series offered in our Relaxation Room and it is open to all. Cultivating the energy and space of a new moon, as well as being on the cusp of the Spring Equinox, we use this perfect time to plant seeds of intention for ourselves in a beautiful meditation practice! Become immersed in a meditative state guided with visual and auditory aids to help you connect with nature,  awaken your energy centers and refresh your mind. This 45 minute guided meditation is offered by Jordan Scott. Space is limited so registration is required.
