So whether you’re feeling over joyed with romantic love, longing for love in your life, melancholy from a life time of different kinds of love, or simply yearning to put yourself first, let’s meet each other where we’re at, and enjoy a heart-centered meditation for healing and Self-Love.  Come as you are in comfortable clothing and Jordan will guide you though some breathing exercises and meditation that can help to soothe and soften the heart chakra.
