In this 1.5 hour mini workshop you will learn about your feet and how they work. You will learn how through awareness you can walk with more ease. We will explore exercises and meditations that can be interspersed throughout your walks to make walking more enjoyable and give just the right amount of challenge.
Create a living , breathing, meditative way to exercise and support your self from the ground up.
Weather permitting we will be outside on the grounds of the beautiful Estate of health. The studio space will be available as well.
We will have everything you will need just bring yourself, your questions. Dress in layers.
