Join RYT Jordan Andrade in this Root to Bloom special class. In this 2 hour class, Jordan will take you on a journey through the chakras through various yoga asanas & pranayama (breathing techniques). This practice will allow ample time to settle in to savasana and indulge in meditation as well. 

This workshop will be followed by an 8-week series of yoga and meditation classes focused on the chakras. Each class will focus on a specific energy of the body, therefore each class will be different (for example, the Root class will be grounding with a focus on stability and balance, whereas the Solar Plexus class will focus on building heat, strength and personal willpower). Affirmations during poses and meditation will be used to connect awareness of the body to nature imagery. This series combines breath work, asanas and guided meditation to leave your energy centres clear, balanced and activated.
