To make yourself as comfortable as possible, feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows, or anything special you need. We'll have yoga mats, meditation cushions, eye pillows, and blankets ready for you too. ✨

Arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in and enjoy our house-made tea in the tea lounge before we begin.
