Yin & Yang Yoga
In this 75-minute, all-levels class, we explore the principles of Yin and Yang through meditation, breathwork and movement. Participants can expect to work on strength, stability and physical/mental spaciousness, along with the stillness and focus of Yin Yoga, applying the principles of TCM Meridian Theory and working with the body’s fascial system.
