Karma Yoga is an offering of service for a cause that is close to our hearts. Find these DONATION based classes on the last Friday of every month at 6 PM. This special class will be hosted by Sue Kozar to raise funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association! Join our Restorative Mindful Movement to strengthen your body-mind connection, cultivate mindfulness, and support those struggling with mental health challenges.

Join us on Thursday, May 28th for a Live Music Lounge Night featuring Char Chervatin at the spa afterhours from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm! You will enjoy a relaxed, social atmosphere for you and your friends. Chill music sets the tone as you explore our hydrotherapy and thermotherapy amenities.

Soothe tired muscles in the hot tub, take a refreshing dip in the salt water pool, exfoliate with our seasonal salt scrub, detoxify in the sauna, and invigorate your senses with a brisk plunge in our cold plunge pool! Meditate in our Relaxation Lounge or cozy up by the fire.

The evening is yours to connect and unwind.

Through gentle, guided breathwork, body awareness, and subtle energy work, these sessions support the release of stored tension, improve breathing patterns, and help bring the body into a more balanced state. There is a strong focus on creating safety in the body, allowing you to explore your breath without pressure or expectation.

This is a space to soften, breathe, and be supported in community, leaving you feeling more grounded, clear, and connected.
