Nature Flow
Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of nature as you connect with the body & breath outside with Steph. Inspired by nature and the grounded peace that being outdoors can bring, this practice will calm the busy mind and ease the tension in the body. Please bring your own mat for this outdoor practice. Yin & Yang Yoga
In this 75-minute, all-levels class, we explore the principles of Yin and Yang through meditation, breathwork and movement. Participants can expect to work on strength, stability and physical/mental spaciousness, along with the stillness and focus of Yin Yoga, applying the principles of TCM Meridian Theory and working with the body’s fascial system.
