This amazing place just got even more magical! Please wander the grounds after your next visit and enjoy them!

Cacao preparation is a sacred thing. For me, it is

Cacao preparation is a sacred thing. For me, it is about intention, respect and honouring the origins of this practice. Cacao ceremonies originate from the ancient Amazon Basin and Mesoamerican cultures. Places that I've been drawn to all of my adult life. The cacao that we source is organic and mindfully grown in Peru, so it feels very holistic for me to incorporate items from my journey in Peru for my altar, and cleanse my space with Palo Santo.

There is something so special about taking some time to slow down and practice ritual - it can be any ritual! So long as we enter into that time and space with mindfulness and intention.

I feel blessed to prepare this ceremonial cacao for our retreat group this weekend. These ceremonies are held only a few times a year. They are so special! I hope you can join our next one. 💚
