Join Janice Wednesday evenings for some relaxing yoga in the salt water pool! Aqua Yoga can be very therapeutic and supportive of healing and rehabilitation.  We will promote mobility, circulation, connection to the body & breath, and close the class with a relaxing Savasana. This is an all-levels class. Pre-registration required. Please call/email to book your spot!
