Join us Friday mornings for some relaxing yoga in the salt water pool!  Aqua Yoga can be very therapeutic and supportive of healing and rehabilitation.  We will promote mobility, circulation, connection to the body & breath, and close the class with a relaxing savasana. This is an all-levels class. Please bring your own towel for this class. Pre-registration required.
