Breath guides the movement of the body; the mind becomes focused on the breath; bringing awareness on the journey of the movement. Providing strength, flexibility & peace of mind, which leads to overall wellness! All levels welcome! This class will be offered indoors or outdoors weather permitting. Pre-registration required.
